The PMA 5-Stage Blended Learning Approach to Marketing Training

PMA employs a unique 5-stage blended approach to analyse specific marketing skill requirements, then recommend and develop innovative, state-of-the-art, tailored marketing training solutions.

  • Stage 1: Diagnosis

    To identify skill gaps, PMA develop online marketing skills audits and conduct marketing health checks.

  • Stage 2: Development

    Once specific needs/skills gaps have been identified in pharmaceutical marketing, PMA develops a bespoke online eLearning module to be completed prior to classroom-based marketing training.

  • Stage 3: Delivery

    To consolidate the eLearning theory, PMA delivers classroom-based skills marketing training sessions, utilising action-based learning techniques and interactive pharmaceutical marketing case studies.

  • Stage 4: Implementation

    Post-classroom training, delegates share objectives for implementation with their Line Managers for inclusion into performance objectives through the use of action learning plans.

  • Stage 5: Validation

    PMA create online exams and skills tests to validate learning.
