ONLINE SKILLS & COMPETENCY ASSESSMENTS

Understanding and unlocking superior performance hinges on defining and measuring functional competencies.  PMA are experts in the development of competency frameworks and assessments.

PMA evaluates specific marketing and sales roles and, in discussion with the client, clarifies the key responsibilities and expected outputs for each role.  By defining key responsibilities PMA then develops the functional competencies in detail for each role.  These functional competencies may be further divided into:

  • Core competencies required for the role. 
  • Distinguishing competencies for each role — these competencies will form development goals for individuals within their role. 

The competency assessments are:

  • Simple to use
  • Objective in terms of skills and competency assessment
  • Utilised as part of individual development plans
  • Completely confidential

For each of the tailored competencies a series of specific questions are created with a scale of skills level for participants to complete.
